Salman Khan surprised Ranbir Kapoor, on his show ‘Dus Ka Dum’ by gifting him a portrait of the latter’s grandfather, Raj Kapoor.
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had appeared on the reality show hosted by Salman to promote their upcoming flick ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’, which will be released on August 15. The show will be aired on TV shortly.
By the end of the show, Salman handed him the portrait. The gesture took Ranbir by surprise and he was overwhelmed with emotions. The painting is a black and white reproduction of legendary actor and film maker Raj Kapoor in a contemplative pose.
The gesture comes as a redeemer for Salman’s image, who was recently in news for not very good reasons after his infamous tiff with Shah Rukh Khan at Katrina’s birthday bash. Here’s hoping, Salman’s not doing this to keep Ranbir on his side. What say Salman?
